1. Object

These general terms and conditions govern reservations made directly with the Little Owl nests, located in Saint-Pierre-de-Juillers (17400).

All reservations imply unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Reservations

The reservation becomes final upon receipt of the requested payment or deposit and the reservation confirmation.

The contract is concluded for a specific number of people. Any additional person will require prior agreement.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, except tourist tax and unless otherwise stated.

The rates include the equipment and services listed in the accommodation description.

4. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered on the website.

The balance of the stay must be paid according to the terms specified at the time of booking.

5. Arrival and departure

Any late arrival must be reported.

6. Cancellation Conditions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure the smooth running of bookings, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: full refund.
Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: One night's stay remains due.
Less than 7 days before arrival, no-show or early departure: the total amount of the stay is due.
In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, please contact us. Each request will be carefully considered.
We recommend that our travelers take out cancellation insurance in order to travel with complete peace of mind.

7. Use of the premises

Travellers agree to use the premises peacefully and to respect the equipment made available to them.

Parties, events and noise disturbances must demonstrate the prior approval of the owner.

Travelers are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

8. Swimming pool

The swimming pool is accessible to travelers during opening periods.

It is used under the sole responsibility of the users.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

9. Responsibility

The Little Owl Nests cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to travelers' personal belongings.

10. Animals

Pets are not allowed except with the owners' agreement.

11. No smoking

The cottages are entirely non-smoking.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

12. Data Protection

The information collected during the booking process is used solely for managing the stay and is never sold to third parties.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.

13. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
